We want every drop of Wonki to bring good vibes, but if something’s gone sideways with your order or youdon't love it?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns Window
You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After that, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened or consumed items
- Perishable goods (Anything with a short shelf life)
- Gift cards
- Sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items are returned in less-than-original condition
- Items are returned after the 30-day window
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrived damaged or defective. Just email us at admin@wonki.com.au, and we’ll help sort it.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit once we receive the return. If the gift wasn’t sent directly to you, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
Shipping Your Return
Please email us first before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty. If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service.
